Other SB360 Liquidator Sent to NJ

Directly from the Sears Newburgh Manager: One Liquidator came to our store and the other was sent to location in New Jersey. It is possible that the Sears at Newport Centre Mall in Jersey City, New Jersey or the Kmart at the Westwood Plaza Shopping Center in Westwood, New Jersey will get announced next week.

Liquidator employees cannot simply arrive at a store on a whim. The management at the liquidation company is notified from their top boss that there is a new store to liquidate, then the liquidator employees are sent to the store by their management by way of management telling said employee of their new assignment.

Liquidators absolutely purchase stores. Of course the building is leased but the term “store” refers to the merchandise in that building which the liquidators purchase. They don’t get sent anywhere. They simply buy the merchandise then arrive to their newly purchased store that they just bought. You don’t “get sent” to your own store. You own the place and it belongs to you (referring to the liquidator).

Stop Watching so many action movies. Sylvester Stallone has been sent to “liquidate” the store. Come on now, grow up. Until SB360 buys the store nobody is going anywhere there.

Liquidators cannot purchase the stores because Transformco cannot sell the stores, because the stores are leased from another entity. Liquidators are sent to stores - how else are the liquidators to be on site to implement the markdowns to begin the liquidation sales?

Um, liquidator’s don’t get “sent” to stores. As noted below, this is another BS post and I’m glad the mods deleted the other 2 nonsensical ones, as well. Liquidators purchase stores they don’t get sent to stores. Do not make silly claims like this without links. There is a reason you were born with 2 ears and 1 mouth. Listen, wait, be patient, and when (and only when) you have a link THEN post it. Anything less is shoddy journalism. Until you have proof just do something else. Understand? Or should I post this in another language since u don’t seem to get English?

Yes, when I was having coffee with Eddie he told me the same thing. More bull from the bored. Hopefully this post will get deleted soon as well.

Yeah Brian wouldn’t tell anyone that. Store managers aren’t allowed to say whether or not another store in the chain is closing. Neither are employees

The last two posts about this both got deleted. We'll find out soon enough if this turns out to be true.
