Is it true that if you work in Cell 3 and aren't very good at your job it's quite easy to get a lead hand job or moved from being a fitter to QC?

All down to Jim Spark and Garry Wood. They are the main issue of most problems in cell 3

I was told by a very good source that no current lead hands in cell 3 had to apply for the position or had an interview. Code of Conduct? What a pi-s take
100% correct. Same goes if certain management are pi---d off with your performance and rather than highlight the problem, they just move the problem
