I‘ve had a Senior Leader glare at me for wearing a COVID-19 mask in office. Seemed real sales bro. It made me feel that they do not care about my safety.

I cannot state this enough! This is a Terrible! Terrible! company to work for (wasn't this apparent or obvious years ago). Most people here do the bare minimum as there is little to no reward associated with going above and beyond.Tenured associates have limited opportunity at being promoted to "leadership". Most tenured associates are aware that they are on a "hit list" that targets tenured associates usually in their 50s-60s.

The new "leadership" (usually an outsider) is walking into this dynamic unaware, aloof or ambivalent. This is the primary reason why we have new "leaders" coming in an departing when their stocks vest (usually around the 3 years mark).

This IS ADP's operating model (regardless of what Carlos says).

Employer of choice | WinasOne | Pay for performance ...all nonsense gimmicks to keep the minions at work :)

Is anyone going to be left working at this company? geesh, it's like insanity to even work there at all wondering everyday 'will I have a job?'

Please remember that ADP's hires social media firm to monitor and respond to post on these forums.

It has been stated here plenty of times! Most tenured ADP associates have already "quiet quit"! (been going on for over a decade) There is nothing to be gained when ADP's leadership thinks you are overpaid and is trying to get rid of you in every possible manner. Most leadership coming in is from outside ADP! Tenured associates have no shot! This "new blood" initiative comes directly from Carlos and the Board. Remember that next time you vote!

It is interesting that the prime discussion topic for ADP employees seems to be constant layoffs. Says everything about this company that you need to know.

Oh, I was laid off from ADP as well some years ago. One of the best things that happened to me. Glad to be out of that game-playing pressure cooker.
