BP is not uniformly bad. There are places where there is still a good work culture/environment/balance compared to others. What are the undesirable areas, BUs, departments? Why?

Avoid BPX if you can. Its super toxic. They have people who watch these story boards and they lie to cover up how bad it is.
BPX that's a great environment, but it's not from the faint of heart. There's a lot of hard work going on here.

I&E Digital was good but we are in another reorg less than two years after reinvent. They got rid of the old SVP’s and the new ones don’t seem to have a plan, or an inspiring vision, at the moment which is a drain on everyone’s morale.
