Over 100 people were laid off yesterday. It was done in an awkward fashion where only a few employees that were laid off were on a corporate distribution memo. The rest were silently let go.
A common trend noticed by many were that those laid off had disagreements with the professional services director, Eric barkman who has single handily, changed the culture of the company into a contradiction of the corporate core values.
Many of the people laid off were long term employees who were promoted from within the last 5 - 10 years.
I used to recommend this place as a great place to work, however, steer clear. It's an incredibly toxic, fear mongering, company.
