Store managers hours no longer count towards payroll??? What’s this about?

I don't see that happening, my manager cries all the Time if he Hase to do extra, ha ha ha .
They are gonna creat a GAP - to pay for
Extra regionals , and DLs
A neighboring district told me that goes in affect next quarter.it’s just for opt reason. Instead of scheduling 200 hours for the store and trying to opt. The schedule you’ll just schedule 155 and the SM works the gaps 45-80 a week. Free payroll
