The management is awful, the company culture is horrid, there's a constant fear of layoffs, nothing ever changes no matter how much it's needed, no career advancement opportunities, no matter how much you work it's never enough... If you're not looking for a way out of here, there's something wrong with you.

How can we prevent this buyout from occurring? I doubt the banks want to go through with it as they are going to take a bath. If deal is dead then do is Tom Krause!!! That’s the funny part.

"The old Citrix is dead." -- Perhaps, but the new Citrix is still a corpse that has yet to be reanimated. Truly, I'm trying to get excited about staying at this Zombie-like company, but the prospect of watching Tom Krause cut off all the remaining dead flesh isn't appealing to me. Am I alone?

Given that Citrix is just going to be a business unit run by different people, then I'm not sure what your point is. The old Citrix is dead.
