Starting with the former CEO and President of fluids, it’s very obvious that they were there only to enrich themselves. Too bad the Board was so inept to correct this. Monumental mistake which NR May never recover from.

People more worried about themselves than making any money for the people that pay their salaries. Headcount is inflated and overrated. Hoping new management comes in and gets rid of the dead weight. Just imagine what could be put to the bottom line without the bottom feeders.

The stench of D-mb and D-mber continues to permeate Newpark fluids….. Paterson has been there over 3 years with little (if any) improvement. Business unit managers and quality salesman have been run off for far less. It’s not the 1st company D-mbo has run into the ground. Look North to St Louis………

I hope the new Haynesville mgmt is working for Newpark-rather than themselves……Just saying

Oh they are definitely raising margins to attempt to offset rig count loss and inflated salaries they had to put in place to keep people from quitting. The dead wieght is all the have left in the offices over there. Newpark can’t price it’s way out of the losses they are recording but I’m sure the competition appreciates them trying.

Word I heard was that the Haynesville got new management , lost some dead weight and will make an improvement in margins!

30% around the world? Better be kicking *^# overseas. Haynesville rig count 3 with two CV so 5 . 11% average West Texas - same ole stuff 12% MS Because nobody is selling anything.DW GOM - still part of the Shell outreach program for wayward mud companies coming in with a pair of rigs with Ml picking em off one at a time. Oklahoma ? Only Two people worth it up there and a sales group that just plays on the company dime not selling anything but taking key west fishing trips for unknown customers , Geothermal conferences in Vegas and wearing shorts and flip flops to the office daily. Anyone who has a positive outlook on the fluids division is either completely oblivious of the facts or in total denial. Corporate cost, terrible management , and an even worse sales group all contribute to the decline of the divisionin the US market.Nothing will change without those variables being eliminated. So 30% ? NFW.

NOV, Qmax/Anchor. Will Newpark fluids be next??? Very similar business plans. All about market share rather than margins/profitability.

Keep drinking the Koolaid. Market share means nada without margins! And you haven’t had ANY margins in fluids since late 2015. So try selling your market share cr-p elsewhere rookie. Ain’t gonna fly here. Newpark is a dumpster fire waiting to happen. You can thank d-mb and d-mber for where you are now at.

With 765 rigs in North America, and 70 in the Haynesville it’s obvious the stock will be on the rise!

I would think Newpark has 30% market share around the world.
