As much as people are complaining about all the new workers not knowing what they are doing no one is saying or doing anything about these new vsl's and all the cr-p they are doing. It is just as obvious they have no clue either.

It's so much worse because HR is doing nothing to train them. They don't stop them with the small infractions and then the new vsl's think they are untouchable which causes them to make a huge mistake. Then HR swoops in and acts like they had no clue there was any problems....just senseless.
