As an ex employee of tibco who voluntarily left 2 years ago it really hurts to see this happening. A lot of talented and dedicated people leaving and i am so sorry. No doubt the work shy people who make no difference and just float along will continue to be employed.
What was the severance package offered to those let go?

Is there severance plan for today’s layoff?
Today was marketing, legal, HR and P&T. All I can say is marketing was hit hard. Some teams completely wiped out.
It's hard to say which groups it was a zoom call of a bunch of people and they said if you got an email your last day is tomorrow. I am in engineering as a lot of other colleagues as well and we all got emails.
Which dept is the layoffs happening?? Even engineering?
Today was my last day, I voluntarily terminated my employment to start another job. I am so sorry for you all guys but personally relieved!
