OP - just want to clarify I know a lot of employees who got laid off. Many did NOT deserve it and did great work for their teams and companies.
Please don't push the narrative that Snap fired the bottom 20% of employees because of underperformance just because your company has that kind of culture.
You're hurting some of the folks who were impacted by this layoff by creating a false narrative that they were just underperformers who deserved it.
You didn't work there and you don't speak for us.
