The bubble has burst and none of you want to live in the real world any more!! No one striking when they were getting 2.9 overtime rates, but now there's no work they want to strike! Some loyality to the company wouldnt go a miss from Sami's minions. Ops leads knew this was coming, all the yes men looking out for themselves and keeping their pals on the right side of the deal. If your face fits and you dont mind your coworkers hating you, you'll climb the ladder. Anyone else will keep getting shipped out of sight, out of mind! Not worth putting BH on your Cv, all the other companies take it as a black mark! If everyone took there job as seriously as the lorry drivers do we wouldnt be in this position!
