Thread regarding Baker Hughes layoffs

They don't even hide their favoritism anymore

It is not that there is no favoritism in other companies in the industry. It was also present in the previous companies where I worked. But this is where it got really frustrating. Have you noticed how now they don't even try to hide the fact that they favor someone (doesn't even matter that he/she lacks skills)? Quite motivating, isn't it? (sarcasm)

Working hard, experience, education and other qualifications are old school.

If you are good at working downstairs with the people upstairs, it will really pay off......if you know what I mean

Specialty at Emmott rd facility Houston Texas there number 1 over here….they don’t care about seniority nor qualifications.. it who does the most work down stairs if you know what I mean….
