It's funny how many people here advocate RTO. I spend more on gas, I waste precious time driving, but for me too it's better to be working in the office. The reason: I work less in the office than at home. I was more productive at home, but I literally lost my work/life balance.

Can you blame executives for promoting RTO? They don't care if it affects your productivity.
They just want to justify the hundreds of millions of dollars spent with the campuses they have built.
