I was spared, but I wonder if moving to Stellantis (as agency) would be safer?

Moving to Stellantis may be a better choice, since we know for sure Ford is going to cut more than 3 billion in "expenses". However, the EV push, coupled with the recession, is affecting all 3 companies. There is no safe place in these moments for agency folks.
Not really.
I would recommend getting a direct position in a supplier or another industry.
