Will depend on the stock price. If it goes below $30, there will be enormous pressure on the board to fire Pat.
Pat will have no one to blame but himself. Under his tenure, the stock has dropped over 40% already. His strategy is foolhardy.

Only way you get activists is people with money see an opportunity for recovery.
There is little stupid money floating around, but Pat and David seems to have hoodwinked a group for 30B
Warren Buffet will buy Intel for a nickel.
