Bonus and Company Fund Health Care

Interesting that no one posts when MRO gives out an out of cycle bonus and makes the decision to pay for employee health care premiums thru 2023

It’s laughable that the most spoiled generation ever are complaining about the jobs they have at the company they decided to work for. Gen X was totally bypassed in politics etc.... due to the BABY Boomers, but we respect their sacrifices. What have you sacrificed? Gen X is the lost generation, be glad we aren’t in charge because we would fire you A-S!

I’m not going to turn down money, but $10k is almost insulting given how they’ve treated us the last few years.

Here’s my campaign speech: Increase work from home, give people proper raises, restore LTI and (most importantly) higher additional staff so people can have a normal workload again. Then maybe people will stop leaving like the building is on fire.

I concur, have some avocado toast and "chillax". Here's your participation trophy.

Ranting on an anonymous website, you are so brave. Settle down, go have some avocado toast, and let the adults handle this.

I hate to be the one to break it to you, but here’s the reality: Boomers are ruining this country. They are the ones in charge of congress and companies. How is that working out? They’ve taken their start on third base and cried out how they’ve been this great success story. Meanwhile they’ve saddled everyone with massive debt and burned every bridge they’ve crossed. Who is the forward thinker on our management team? Have any of them actually worked an unconventional asset? Do you trust them to navigate the US political climate? Do they have the political savy to counter the ESG movement? You know the answer to all these questions. So YES, to that entire age group, please go away.

"Can you all please retire and go away"

Quite possibly the most intelligent thing ever written. I am now convinced you are the people to lead the company into prosperity.

A one time $10,000 bonus is peanuts compared to the raises people are getting for lateral moves to other operators.

You think that a bonus makes up for all the cr-p you take everyday and being overloaded with work.

The bonus also doesn’t make up the amount you are getting underpaid to other companies.

Why do boomers always take the side of the company? Can you all please retire and go away. I hope you got at least got a nice company hat for towing the line.

Complaining is the status quo for today's workers unfortunately.

Tell me, does that bonus make up for the extra workload? As usual, it’s an empty gesture made after the fact. But let’s all celebrate we made a billion dollars last quarter. Totally worth it!

I was thinking the same thing. All quiet, must be spending that money. I for one, was happy to receive it as it helps clear some bills during these expensive times.
