Heard from known and solid source.
Recent layoffs are not enough and will not yield expected reduced operations cost. So be prepare yourself for another round of layoffs irrespective of your performance. Mainly layoffs would happening in USA and high cost sites.

There are way too many middle managers that are nothing more than dead weight at Nutanix. Glad I don't have to deal with them myself personally.
Management in Nutanix is sh-t. If they cut all of them, company will go better on his own, id--ts protecting themselves slow things down.
I did BIG mistake by joining Nutanix and planning to move out with few other colleagues.

Too many mgmt overhead and people only talk big things and little work done. I feel nutanix should fire all directors and VPs. Many managers are having ego issues and blocking work release features
True.. mgmt is becoming so cost sensitive and might move of US work to India otherwise Nutanix will go bankrupt. All RND workers in US may get affected
