Those at the top only care about themselves and how to make shareholders happy.
It would be better for everyone if they cared a little more about the employees too.
When they finally realize that, it might be too late.

EF is really making a mess of this business. He has changed directions so many times in the last 12 months, clear he has no clue what he is doing. He allowed overhead to balloon with all these Amazon and Fed Ex former execs and now he is cutting saying he has found new efficiencies. Yeah, efficiencies from your bad decisions. Time for the board to hold him accountable.
