If you want to still have a job in the media industry 5 years from now, this is the way. DEI has been a disaster for everyone and ESG is a ponzi composed by corrupt European billionaires. Identity politics are divisive and cringe, and do nothing but maximize differences in people rather than bringing the audience together. Objectively strong talent and archetypes are all that matter to the customer, regardless of race, se-ual orientation, or gender. YouTubers understand this, which is how they dominate corporate media and steal their audience. Zaslav the Madlad might actually know what he's doing.
