Stay strong and leave 7-Eleven long gone. Former employee here, and I can tell you they don't care. They want their money and will tell you false statements of moving you up and it never happens. All they care about is their piece of the pie, while you do all the work and bring the customers back. No appreciation whatsoever. Go out there had work for someone who cares, because 7-Eleven doesn't.
