It will be very funny when the acquisition happens and the world doesnt end like some think it will. It’s becoming more and more clear that Broadcom is adopting a different approach evident in the recent EUC showcase. Brain Madden looks like a tool at the moment

Average time for phase II review is around 300 days, more if you project out graph 3 to 2022 in this report on the process.

Just average times, but odds are good based on the analysis for a year-ish time to conclude the phase II.
Let's hope it all works out.. but for me I don't trust that everything will be fine. Brush up your resume and prepare for the worst but try to stay positive.
What the heck gave you hope about the recent EUC showcase?
What I picked up is they are preparing for EUC to be sold off with the recent announcements
Alright, see you in a year! You better be on here talking sh-t still
Yea, 70 year old Hock Tan who has been conducting himself as the real life Gordon Gekko since 1983 is going to change his strategy and mindset because of all the rainbow and unicorn po-p being vomited out by the VMware leadership that couldn’t manage to run a successful Girl Scout cookie campaign.
Yea, it’s gonna be funny indeed!
The EUC products are a fraud and a joke. Madden may be a tool but he's right about the BU.
Keep clicking your heals and repeat there’s no place like home. You live in a fantasy land, this acquisition will be no different than the rest.
I don’t think we should believe anything being said by the Broadcom folks. They go to the church where they worship only money. There will be a major cut with the acquisition. The revenue numbers cannot be met without it. Wait till you see the Q3 results. Hoc will not be smiling anymore.
A post like this seems to assume that anything said right now can actually be trusted.
