Well I for one wished everyone had the guts in Schenectady not to take the survey. If no one filled it out and threw it out the contract will be the same. It will be as worthless at the paper hanging on the bathroom stall walls. Get ready for a 1 year extension(and bonus), no job security and next to nothing for raises. Oh don’t forget about the higher healthcare costs that will off sets the raises. Inflation is out pacing the cola raises and contract raises. Keep paying the union dues all they are good for is a half hearted attempt to get the T’s out of trouble. I for one can not wait for the plant closing! It’s coming and sooner than you think!

Question: why would you encourage ones to leave through scare tactics (going to shut down). Answer and Survey says, so me and my buds can get 1) shutdown benefits or 2) better chance to stay if the company does change hands.
