How many people working at Montrose COE realize how well they are paid? £60, 70, 80, 90, 100K+ a year and ready to let BH shut down the facility because of losing a few shifts a month. A job with less money is better than no job at all. If they do go ahead and shut the place down that's a lot of people all looking for the same job 🤔

CEO is well paid for a company that can't turn a positive profit
Payroll can’t even count
If you have no work and you pay people 60-100K you won't last long buddy. I hear montrose is just about to sink anyway so maybe your pay should have been reduced. who cares you pay peanuts yuo get monkeys
Other Baker facilities must be on lower wages as CEO basic is around £35k. Add on 40% shift allowance and OT at 1.9 and 2.4 will easily take you up to £60k with a few shifts OT each month. That was when there was plenty OT though and before the place closes 😐
You absolute rocket. 🤡🤡🤡🤡
100K? hahahahahah. get real oil biz is not like it used to be
average pay in scotland for baker is £25-30k that includes BOD and stoneywood. Cut the bs
£30k. When was this? 1992?
Average annual pay at Montrose is £30K for d-mb iron services. Let's not inflate this to make it look like a good job. More bs
