I have been here over a decade and have dealt with some really great customers, and some customers who are real dog turds. Usually the bigger they are, the worse they are. For the giant dog tu-d customers, part of me cannot wait to see Octane break it off in them with a doubling or tripling of their price. So many of these bloated and entitled companies have been skating along for years with 60-70%+ discounts, all while demanding free services and unreasonable support to boot. I relish the idea of Hok sticking it to them with price hikes and constant software audits while they squirm because they are too dysfunctional to escape.
