nobody and I mean NOBODY has the backbone to go on strike within AUSA. There will come a time though when their "fair negotiations" are not what you thought they should be.

Who cares how many contractors there are? If your job is secure (which it is) under the current contract and you're not fearing being let go at any moment, what's the big deal? Just keep doing your job and getting paid every two weeks. Never had a check bounce.

your contract probably says they can't get rid of you and hire more contractors. It doesn't say they can keep you and NOT hire more contractors. Should have known what you were doing when you voted.

Union is a big waste of time and money, Nothing being done, More contractors than I’ve ever seen . 1049 Needs someone with ba--s instead of collecting our money, More people are leaving every day do to a pathetic contract and more and more contractors popping up every where. WTF
