This place is so TOXIC! My manager was promoted to Director.... THEY NEVER posted the new position that he was promoted too!!!! WT4... They perform so many ILLEGAL activities here it's no wonder that there are not more Federal Lawsuits!

They were promoted for diversity reasons
They do not have to advertise for a promotion. That is why it's a promotion not a new posting that people have to apply to.
When my manager was promoted to director, I was very surprised because he is not good at managing his team. He usually has no idea what anyone is doing as a result is often blindsided by the questions he receives. Honestly , I question his IQ as he can't apply previous knowledge to new information. Based off the number of firedrills that occur, he lacks the ability to understand even the simple things that matter to the work we do. I gave up trying to bring his level of understanding up because it wastes my energy. The other assoc dir who is in same org structure however, she knows everything that is happening, helps constantly to keep things moving along, manages both her team and the work. She deserved to be promoted. Promotions at that level should be based on a poll, the cr---y managers would not rise because the people who have to deal with them on the daily would have a voice.
Performing what? With who?
Pay attention and get your work done and the same will happen for you. Bottom line - don’t be lazy!

It's ok. Just work hard and get a good education. Take out tons of debt and loans to pay for that incredibly impt edumacation. Help those universities build another sports thing

"PBM'S operate with little transparency or regulations while yielding significant profits" This is what I read in a recent article. This is how people are feeling. Especially when the insurance company post their quarterly report and the CEO's salary while dr-g prices remain high. And I know they know that the average employee doesn't make much.
Isn't there going to be a Government take over in the next few years for Medicare and Medicaid? I think PBM'S are only going fo be left with commercial and they may even want changes?
Your manager was promoted based on his/she/it performance- nothing more than that. Pay attention and get your work done and the same will happen for you. Bottom line - don’t be lazy!
