The company is hiring at the same time, although I think it will be more and more difficult to find the needed employees. Ford may seem to be changing, but I doubt that the old philosophy of this company will change any time soon. My advice to new employees is to always keep in mind what happened to us who thought loyalty and hard work pays off!
