Are we ever going to come to a point where we'll have job security once again? Or if not job security, where we'll know that we're safe for the next year, at least? Having nonstop layoffs that are getting rid of a significant portion of the workforce is stressful and anxiety-inducing. It's not fair to employees to keep us in this state for who knows how long.
