So basically more per month health insurance and more in month union dues! One step forward, Two steps back. Our so called "Raise" gets absorbed. Been that way ever since I started.

I work in signal. I vote to agree w/ this contract. Sorry to the TE&Y guys who want to amend the attendance policy. I PURPOSELY avoided TE&Y bcuz of the schedule / life style. If enough of TE&Y guys are serious about changing the attendance policy, as a lone craft I hope most of you guys should organize and bargain w/ the carrier. No offense meant nor inferred to anyone.

A lot of crying over this contract.. It’s the best one we’ve had, in a long time.. Good luck finding somewhere else where you pay $300is for insurance, for the whole family. Some of you are just to d-mb to deal with

2023- $295
2024- $308
2025- $326
