Not so. There have been numerous Baker Atlas people who have gone to work for Halliburton and transferred software codes, pricing, and wireline technology in the last 7 years. Halliburton is a viable player thanks to the Baker Atlas managers who came over. So what’s really surprising is when will Baker Hughes claim the revenue and profit from the transferred IP.

Just checked out the link. It talks about Baker being a Halliburton subsidiary, and the "Halliburton merger." This news is years old. It is fake for now.
