They should use the AI bot which they deployed recently to make decisions who from the C-level suite of executives to fire. I am sure the bot has been trained well and will make a sensible decision.

It's the most fair way to do it in some departments... especially those staffed by dime-a-dozen contractors who are all more or less operating on the same level. Wouldn't matter a bit in the world which ones you pick. Wouldn't want to be so flippant in the majority of the engineering roles though.
