A friend of mine has given their notice and has inspired myself and others to do the same. The stress is ridiculous and while there are Managers and Supervisors who understand; it isn't enough to convince people to stay. CDK need to re-evaluate how they treat their great employees because while they can be replaced it will not be likely with all of the hiring freezes.
