Now that bonus' have been paid out is it me or have a lot of people leaving or the past 30 days. Looks like they are not backfilling its just alot of job asorbtion.

This is pretty standard in terms of economic uncertainty. Companies I’ve worked for have a trend in leaves during bonus payouts and turns into a win-win when without the need of giving a severance package.
