heard from a source inside Broadcom their might be some "legal" hurdles. no other info. there's more sorting out to do. i can't see anything closing this year. early-mid 23 likely, especially if their having issues pre-dumping in the closing timeframe. as the old sting goes....there's no way she's gonna fully swallow that load...lmfao...
Discovery is over. Now they are making the list.

- this can also change, they'll do a deeper dive. Believe with the Symantec acquisition they decided to keep several products rather than sell/EOL.
Well if it is April 2023 is better also for the "less favoured" people, so that we will at least get the April bonus.
It is supposed to close in Broadcom FY23 which runs November 22 to October 23. The recent payoffs, er, I mean stock grants have a March 2023 cliff vest to make sure the favored are able to get some stock out before the acquisition goes through. So that's a great clue that it will go through between April and October.
