The employees did not always try to milk this company as much as they do now. There used to be many people here who really gave 150% of themselves and did their job to the best of their ability. It's not like that anymore. Who is to blame for that? In my opinion - management. They actively contribute to creating an atmosphere where no one cares about this company anymore.

It was such a great place to work when I started but has declined dramatically the last few years. I do the best job that I can because I feel the work that I do is important but it is so demoralizing to watch people who DON'T seem to care get better raises and bonuses. I can't determine if it's because management actually WANTS people who don't care or if they just don't care themselves.
GA attaches people who milk the company, it’s GA recruiting policy. GA underpays substantially compared to industry thus only milkers will stay! It’s all apart of GA recruiting process to get that special individual that will work for less, stay with the company long term and gain a skill set that no one else will want thus locking the individual into GA for life! Lifetime underachiever wanted!
