Thread regarding Adidas layoffs

I still care

I don't know exactly what to say when people ask me why I'm still here. I hope that I will be able to make it to the retirement because it is stressful for me to start from scratch somewhere else. Despite everything, I still care about this company. In fact, I think that most of the employees care about the future of Adidas much more than the leadership. Does anyone think that this company can get back on track?

I’ve worked at a LOT of our competitors. Name one of the top 5 of our segment and I’ve been there. Comparatively adidas cares for employees much more than any other brand.

The fact you see leadership change tells you, the messages do get heard.

Great to see positive messages. A lot of people care.

Let's see what happens with the new winds from today onwards :-/

I’m not sure. My theory is that leadership is actively trying to get people to quite because they don’t want to do layoffs. Just making it miserable for the people working hard for the brand.

When was the last time leadership was this bad?
