Dell is going through a large layoff and as usual it is the senior sales and SE that are taking the hit. I would imagine Juniper will lay off a group as they try to build out the new Enterprise sales organization. Hire cheaper folks lay off older high paid people. Big meeting in San Jose this week that was not announced all major managers there. Expect to see the layoffs in 4th Qtr right before thanks giving. They won't want to pay for the holiday season.

Stop spreading and creating panic. No lay offs are coming!
Timing is unknown but a layoff is all but certain. When you have layoffs at 51% of all US companies, including very strong leading companies, I'll wager that Juniper will not be in the 49% of companies that does not have a layoff.
