Tower Health Medical Group is under the microscope. I have heard there is going to be major realignments and some layoffs are expected. The Medical Group is bleeding money, no confidence in leadership, providers still leaving in droves, and numbers are bad. They need to clean house at the higher levels (COO, CMO, CFO) to get back the faith of the providers that are still around. The Medical Group is probably the worst run part of this organization and that is saying something.
