I am happy for the colleagues who left and who are now much better compensated, but I have to admit that I was surprised by how much of an increase some of them got. It seems that most of us here are very underpaid?

And for many of us who are not at Google, the pay benefits at Google are so high in comparison to what we earn elsewhere.
Google is kind of clique company. If you not in the right circle - no way Jose to get big salary.
