Why is 2u categorized as a software maker? They don’t actually “make” software. They use already established learning management systems to host accounts and material. If I’m wrong could you fill me in on what software they’ve made?

First stop trolling and start Googling, many people build SaaS companies with no code. SaaS doesn't mean a software was created from scratch.
Second, -- try Google again, it's your friend, instead of whining that no one gave you the answer, many OPMs are classified as SaaS companies. https://eliterate.us/2u-registration-go-public-offers-insight-online-service-provider-market/
People are down-voting the post but no one has the ba--s to tell us what software 2U “makes”. Internet 2U doesn’t make software and if they did, it would be complete garbage because they don’t hire experienced programmers.
