It wasn't easy, but I really tried my best and managed to get a solid offer. Now I'm planning to give notice, so I'm wondering what the exit interview is like here?
When I left my previous company, I felt terrible while having to invent reasons for leaving, so I would most like there to be no exit interview at all.

Can you tell us what BU and Geo your leaving from?
If you have to say something, then wish the recruiter and the manager best of luck. Hang up after that. It is just all formalities not like anyone care if you leave.
I don't do exit interviews. They should listen to you when you work here. Who cares when you leave.

I'm leaving too and fully expect my boss to understand and hope they are looking as well.
There is now a checkbox for indicating Broadcom as the reason for leaving.
Really? If your reason is BC then just say that. Not understanding what this fuss is about.
