Before I got the job here, I worked at several companies in the industry, each of which had its own issues, but the culture in general was nowhere as bad as here. It's hard to even explain what's wrong with the culture here. How would you describe it? Perhaps it is enough to say that even those who are relatively comfortable here can't wait to leave this place.

It really is s* squared on a lot of levels. From internal communication briefings all about self-promotion to how c* the mortals are. We saw this in 2014 when they basically wanted to make the place so toxic people would leave without the expense of a settlement package, but this in 2022 is on another level.

No culture whatsoever.
Everybody hates everybody else and blames everyone else for the problems. You have leadership who lie, backstab, and gossip behind other leaders back to their subordinates and pass blame. It oozes downhill from there. So glad I got out of this cr-p ho-e. Although I admit I do enjoy coming to this page occasionally and reading about the drama.
You put rubbish in management you get a rubbish culture simple as that
