Do some research on this. Verizon employees need to get on this trend and stop the madness of unrealistic expectations. They will hide everything under "going above and beyond" or try to intimidate you that if you don't pick Verizon over everything, that they will find people who will.

It is easy to "quiet quit' when you have QOS. Easy to manipulate and sit on one customer and make it look like you are busy.
This is a travesty. Seriously, you need to file a union grievance ASAP. Please follow up and let us know what happens when your case goes to arbitration. Good luck and Godspeed.
I been quiet quitting since I started 35 work week not a minute more without overtime. No money no work and only whats in my description and not the work of 2 or 3. Management doesn't like it who cares I'll got out on stress full pay don't f with us. Get rid of the board there's useless
“Engagement” means all hail verizon droening in the koolaid for all waking hours in all life. They aren’t satisfied with a good days work with occassional extra hours when things come up. If you can work extra hours once or twice why not always and forever?
If not always then you are disenganged and now “quietly quitting” in yet another push against employees escaping their attachment to work.
For sure. They say all the time, "speak up. Don't sit by. Think outside of the box (which the majority have all come to loathe,' we can't fix it if you don't tell us it's broken." But that's all a bunch of rubbish we they know it as much as we do. They make it REALLY hard to care.
Harder to care than ever, OP&OO has seen to that. I will go through the motions, but I don’t care if my work has positive results or not. I’m tired of not being listened to.
Don't you mean BlowP&BlowBlow? Leadership messed up LARGE with the ops changes.
I've been quiet quit since OP&OO came out.
