Did they ever get the Oracle ERP functional? OR are just adding Phase Numerals to keep fixing poor Implementation decisions?

Yeah, actually. Along the same timelines as all successful ERP transformations go. Way, way over budget and schedule. But almost all such attempts fail. This one did not. That's unusual.
Just google "why erp transformation projects fail."
