I got terminated in the cognizant in India 2 years before. I got the last rating in the 3 months worked Last project and got the severance package in India. trying to join back in cognizant but heard the HR marked the rehire flag is No. Any idea how long the Rehire flag they will considered ? It's only applicable for India or outside India also?

never go begging to a firm that fired you and put such false label of non performace on, especially if you did well but were deliberately falsely larbelled as low performance and fired to meet short term financial /profit margin goal.
management and HR in India routinely indulge in this type fraudulent practices.
Instead educate freshers on social media on this type HR practices in It services firms in India so that it brings the firm to its heels.
