Everything outside of Operations is being evaluated, I believe. That seems to be the only part of the org that's done with cuts.
We have been told student engagement team will not have any layoffs and that all changes have been completed.
Severance is 3 weeks base + 2 weeks for every year.
You'll also get tuition forgiveness and cobra (Cobra is the same coverage we have but we're paying the whole thing so it can be hundreds of dollars a month)
I’m hearing this round will mostly be marketing. People on the degree, short course, and boot camp side are said to be impacted. Those in a a marketing role that isn’t directly tied to revenue should start updating their resume.
Does anyone know if this will be the last round of layoffs for the US?
Do you know which departments? Has anyone confirmed what the severance package looks like yet? (Answers here are varying??)
