COE Pay Rises for Ops Leads

Rumours that the ops leads received a bumper pay rise to soften the blow of them dropping to 12.5% on the 4x4 day shifts they do. A 10% pay rise on top of the 3.5% that all other minions got is what they have received. And you wonder why the leads haven't kicked up a fuss about taking a drop in shift rate!

@jqh+1iaFAq0l The obvious answer here is to drop your output and productivity by 20% thru the week. Mgmt wants more work done by less people for less pay, they should get what they pay for.
