Word on the street in North America is Capgemini Invent is letting go of staff. PIPs are going out ahead of the first of the year in anticipation of a recession.

True. Over 15% of Invent staff has been / will be reduced. After record year 2021, 2022 is a "lost year" in a downward spiral.
The company hasn't found it's relevant space in the industry yet, and the Headoffice doesn't understand and doesn't want to make investments/place bets.
Assume a ton of former Accenture folks will be brought in, although that hasn't generated any impact yet
