Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

Last one out please turn off the lights

I regret that so many of my friends and associates have been forced out or laid-off especially older highly experienced personnel. DH always said that Citrix was Citrix because of who it employed and the values that it upheld. As we've witnessed the dismantling of everything we built, unethical treatment of employees, the hiring of inexperienced leadership, and horrible management at all levels, Citrix is no longer Citrix.

The good news is there is life afterwards. Anyone who remains is either desperate for a job or unemployable. Good luck to you all and please, last one out remember to turn off the lights.

You left Citrix and quickly came back because Citrix will literally hire anyone, and like at Citrix you probably weren’t cutting it at your other company. Shitrix has been a dumpster fire since 2019 and it can’t be put out. It’s actually really sad to see the folks who are still there. Most do fit the description. Of a misfit that would find it tough to go anywhere else and the others have been there lol
Enough to get cake jobs where they do nothing and are highly compensated for being associated with a sales team that a robot can do. You know who you are lol

This is a hilarious line and one I would recommend anyone staying to read. This is a jaded soul that is trying to make themselves feel better about leaving Citrix to go working for another company where life is worse.

Have you ever considered that people are staying because they like it here and want to see where the company goes? Don't make assumptions about other people that you don't even know.

I left Citrix and quickly came back when I realized how bad it can actually be at other companies.

I hope you learned from this that no corpo loves you. You may have individuals in the corpo that love you but the business don't.

The level of attachment you have to Citrix is unhealthy. You must be a very early sharefile employee/homer. Which is weird that you're still here. Must not have been good enough for Pendo or RealMagic
